I was in the middle of a divorce and I needed a reliable car. I showed up at NCJD and met Russel Jackson. He was sensitive to my situation and sensitive to my needs. He worked with my finances, he gave me the payments I needed, he gave me the car I needed and he is still there to give me support when I need it.
I have never bought a car on my own but he didn’t treat me like I knew nothing. He was someone I could be totally honest with and he didn’t try to pull the wool over my eyes. He was honest, caring and supportive. I bet if I called him right now and said I ran out of gas, he would ask where I was and bring me gasoline.
I am very pleased with the service I have been given and I will continue to rely on NCJD for all of my auto needs. Thank you guys. I am feeling I just may make it on my own.
